DESCRIPCIÓN:Database development from LiDAR and bathymetry data. Digital cartography and geometrical-geomorphological analysis to establish the relationship between the shape of the Caldera de Ilopango and forms associated with the regional tectonics of the area and the eruptive processes. This work is part of the project "Danger for Mexico of super-eruptions originating in Central America: The case of the caldera of Ilopango, El Salvador, and its influence on the decline of the Mayan Empire" led by Dr. Gerardo de Jesús Aguirre Díaz.
